VisiFlora Batch Verify: Check the Lot on Your Bottle
To check a VisiFlora batch, photograph the lot number and label on your bottle, then call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The seller's references are lot VIS-26/VI-6730 and CoA VIS-6730-26-VI. They are codes, not lab results, and no online lookup exists.

What does a VisiFlora batch check actually do?
It gives you a written record of the exact bottle you received. It cannot prove what is inside the capsules, because no lab report is published for any VisiFlora lot.
The seller gave us two reference codes: lot VIS-26/VI-6730 and CoA reference VIS-6730-26-VI. There is no public database where you can type a code and see a result. So a batch check here means three things: look at your bottle, record what it says, and ask the order desk the questions that matter.
Why bother? A clear record helps with a refund call, a question to your pharmacist, or a report of a reaction. It also tells you whether the label on your bottle lists more than the sales page does.

The codes
What do the VisiFlora lot and CoA codes tell you?
Less than they seem to. Here is each item you might check, and what it can and cannot show.
| Item | What we have | What it can show | What it cannot show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lot number | VIS-26/VI-6730 (seller reference) | Which production run a bottle belongs to | Strength, purity or contents |
| CoA reference | VIS-6730-26-VI (number only) | That the seller uses a reference for a certificate | Any test result; no document is published |
| Lab name | Not published | Who tested a batch, if named | Nothing until it is named |
| Supplement Facts panel | Not published online | Amounts per capsule, once you read your bottle | Whether a batch meets those amounts |
| Manufacturer | Not published | Who is responsible for the product | Nothing until it is named |
A brand-issued advertorial confirms that no quantity beyond zinc, no extract standardization and no per-capsule breakdown is disclosed (Brand advertorial, ACCESS Newswire). More on this on the testing and quality page.
On the bottle
Where is the lot number on a VisiFlora bottle?
Most supplement bottles print the lot and best-by date on the bottom, on the edge of the label, or on the cap. We have not seen a photo of a printed VisiFlora lot, so we cannot point to the exact spot.
- Turn the bottle over and check the base first.
- Look along the seam where the label ends.
- Check the top and side of the cap.
- Tilt the bottle under a lamp; inkjet print can be faint.
Can't find it? Photograph every side anyway and mention it when you call the order desk.
Step by step
How do you verify a VisiFlora batch, step by step?
Five steps, best done the day the parcel arrives.
Check the seal first
Before you open the bottle, look at the seal under the cap. If it is broken, torn or missing, do not take the capsules. Photograph it.
Find and photograph the lot
Look on the bottom of the bottle, the label edge and the cap. Photograph the lot number and the best-by date in good light.
Photograph the full label
Take a picture of every side: the front, the Supplement Facts panel, the other ingredients line and any company name or address.
Compare with the seller's references
Note whether your lot matches VIS-26/VI-6730. A different lot is normal for a newer batch and is not a sign of a problem on its own.
Call the order desk with questions
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Ask who made your batch and whether a certificate of analysis exists for your lot. Write down the answer and the date.
If something is off
What if your VisiFlora lot number does not match?
A different lot number is not a red flag by itself. Supplement makers produce new batches over time, so your bottle may simply be newer than the seller's reference.
Some things are worth a call, though:
- No lot number or best-by date anywhere on the bottle
- A broken, loose or missing seal
- Capsules that are cracked, sticky, or look or smell odd
- A label that differs from the sales page, such as a different ingredient list
Do not take capsules from a bottle that worries you. Keep it, photograph it and call +1 (302) 200-3480. If you have a reaction after taking any supplement, stop and talk to your doctor; you can also report it through FDA's Safety Reporting Portal (FDA: dietary supplement Q&A).

Order nowTiming
How long do you have to raise a batch problem?
- Day 0
The parcel arrives
The 60 days start when you receive the order, per the return policy. Keep the order email: your order ID is the key to every refund call.
- Day 30
Check in
Note eye comfort, screen breaks and anything unusual. Keep any eye-doctor visits you already have booked.
- Day 45
Decide
Not for you? Call the order desk now, while there is time to get the return address and mail the bottles back.
- Day 60
Window closes
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 before day 60. The refund is the purchase price minus shipping fees, and you pay return shipping.
The sales page shows a 60-day money-back guarantee (Sales page, tryvisiflora.com), and its return policy counts the 60 days from receipt, refunds minus shipping fees and leaves return shipping to the buyer (Sales site, return policy). Call the order desk for the return address before you mail anything.
Where you bought it
Does a batch check work if you bought VisiFlora elsewhere?
Partly. You can still photograph and record your bottle. But the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 handles orders placed through the BuyGoods checkout named on the sales page (Sales site, contact page).
If you bought from a marketplace or another seller, that seller's terms apply, and they hold your order record. Ask them the same questions: who made the batch, and is there a certificate of analysis for the lot? See where to buy VisiFlora for the checkout this site uses.
Keep a file
What records should you keep for a VisiFlora order?
Keep five things together until your 60-day window has closed. They make any refund or safety call quicker.
The order email
It holds your order ID and tracking link.
The delivery date
The return policy counts 60 days from receipt (Sales site, return policy).
Your label photos
Front, panel, lot number and best-by date.
Notes from any call
The date, who you spoke with and what they said.
The return address you were given
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 before you mail anything and use the return address the order desk gives you. Our records list 76 Ninth Avenue, Floor 4, New York, NY 10011; the sales page's return policy lists 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011.
The full process is on the refund policy page.
FAQ
VisiFlora batch and lot questions
How do I verify my VisiFlora bottle is real?
Check the seal, then photograph the lot number, best-by date and full label, and call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. There is no online lookup for VisiFlora codes. Buying through the checkout named on the sales page gives you an order record the desk can find.
Where can I find the VisiFlora lot number?
Look on the bottom of the bottle first, then along the label seam and on the cap. Lot numbers and best-by dates are often printed in faint ink, so tilt the bottle under good light. If you find none, photograph every side and tell the order desk.
What does VIS-26/VI-6730 mean?
It is the lot reference the seller gave us for a VisiFlora batch. It identifies a production run, not a test result. Your own bottle may carry a different lot, which is normal for a newer batch, and no lab report is published for either.
Can I get a VisiFlora lab report for my lot?
You can ask, but none is published. Call the order desk with your order ID and lot number and ask whether a certificate of analysis exists for that batch. Ask which lab ran it and what it tested, and write down the answer and the date.
What should I do if my VisiFlora seal is broken?
Do not take the capsules. Photograph the seal, the bottle and the lot number, then call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Ask the desk how they handle a damaged bottle and which return address to use before you mail anything back.
Does a batch problem change the VisiFlora refund rules?
The written return policy is the same: 60 days from receipt, refund minus shipping fees, buyer pays return postage (Sales site, return policy). It does not mention damaged or opened bottles, so ask the order desk directly how they will handle your case and note what they say.
Who should I call about a VisiFlora batch question?
Call the BuyGoods customer service line at +1 (302) 200-3480, as named on the sales site's contact page (Sales site, contact page). Our website email can answer questions about these pages, but it cannot see orders, lots or shipping records.
