VisiFlora Results: A Week-by-Week Plan for 60 Days
VisiFlora has no published results timeline, so the best plan is to track your own.
Small astaxanthin studies on eye strain ran 28 days. Take one capsule daily with food, note how your eyes feel, and decide before day 60.
The 60-day window is explained on the guarantee page.

The short version
When could you notice anything from VisiFlora?
There is no tested answer. The seller shows no timeline, and no published study has given people VisiFlora and measured what happened.
The closest clue is one ingredient. Small human studies gave 4 or 12 mg of astaxanthin a day for 28 days and saw less eyestrain (Review: astaxanthin and the eye). Most astaxanthin research, though, is in animals. VisiFlora does not publish its astaxanthin dose, so that 28-day mark may not apply.
Real eye-disease research runs much longer. The AREDS trials followed people for five years (NEI: who AREDS supplements help). Any honest timeline for a supplement is measured in months, not days.
Week by week
What does a realistic VisiFlora timeline look like?
Mostly routine and record-keeping. Here is what each stage looks like, from the order to day 60.
Order day
Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, per the shipping policy (Sales site, shipping policy). Keep the order email; it holds your order ID and tracking.
Delivery: about 5 to 8 business days
That is the mainland U.S. estimate. Your 60-day window starts the day the parcel arrives (Sales site, return policy). Write the date down.
Day 1: first capsule
Take one capsule with a meal, as the sales page directs (Sales page, tryvisiflora.com). Before you start, photograph the label panel on your bottle.
Weeks 1 to 2: settle the habit
Pick one meal and stick to it. Note any upset stomach or other change, and stop if something feels wrong.
Weeks 3 to 5: first check-in
Compare your notes with day 1. The small astaxanthin studies ran about this long (Review: astaxanthin and the eye), so this is a fair first look.
Day 45: decide
If you see no change you value, call +1 (302) 200-3480 now. That leaves time to get the return address and mail the bottles.
Day 60: window closes
After this, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. If you keep going, keep your regular eye exams.
Study lengths
How long did the eye-supplement studies last?
From four weeks to five years. None of them tested VisiFlora itself.
| Research | How long | What it found | Does it apply to VisiFlora? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Astaxanthin for eyestrain | 28 days | Small studies at 4 or 12 mg a day suggest less eyestrain; more trials needed (Review: astaxanthin and the eye) | Unknown: the dose is not published |
| AREDS and AREDS2 formulas | About 5 years | About 25% lower risk of advanced AMD, only in people with intermediate or late AMD (NEI: who AREDS supplements help) | No: amounts cannot be compared |
| Lutein and zeaxanthin alone | Trials in a Cochrane review | Little or no effect on AMD progression (Cochrane: antioxidants for slowing AMD) | Unknown: the doses are not published |
| Bilberry for night vision | 12 placebo trials | The 4 most recent randomized trials were all negative (Systematic review: bilberry and night vision) | No benefit to expect |

60-day window
How does the 60-day window fit your trial?
- Day 0
The parcel arrives
The 60 days start when you receive the order, per the return policy. Keep the order email: your order ID is the key to every refund call.
- Day 30
Check in
Note eye comfort, screen breaks and anything unusual. Keep any eye-doctor visits you already have booked.
- Day 45
Decide
Not for you? Call the order desk now, while there is time to get the return address and mail the bottles back.
- Day 60
Window closes
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 before day 60. The refund is the purchase price minus shipping fees, and you pay return shipping.
The sales page shows a 60-day money-back guarantee (Sales page, tryvisiflora.com), and its return policy counts the 60 days from receipt, refunds minus shipping fees and leaves return shipping to the buyer (Sales site, return policy). Call the order desk for the return address before you mail anything.

Order nowKeep notes
What should you track while taking VisiFlora?
Track how your eyes feel, not just how you hope they feel. A short note each evening is enough.
- Eye comfort at the end of the day, rated 1 to 5
- Screen hours, and whether you took 20-20-20 breaks (AAO: screen time and eye strain tips)
- Dryness, burning or scratchiness, which are signs of dry eye (NEI: dry eye)
- Missed capsules and any stomach upset
- Anything else that changed, such as new glasses or eye drops
Change one thing at a time where you can. If you also start eye drops in week two, you will not know which one helped.

Be realistic
What changes should you not expect from VisiFlora?
Do not expect it to fix an eye disease, at any point on the timeline. Even the tested AREDS2 formula only slows advanced AMD in people who already have intermediate or late AMD, and supplements cannot prevent AMD (NEI: who AREDS supplements help).
Cataracts are another example. Surgery is the only way to get rid of one (NEI: cataracts). Glaucoma damage cannot be undone, though treatment can stop it from getting worse (NEI: glaucoma).
Watch out for any product that promises fast vision changes. FDA lists quick fixes as a sign of health fraud (FDA: 6 tip-offs to health scams).
Keep your exams
When should you book an eye exam while trying VisiFlora?
Keep the schedule you already have, and book sooner if anything changes. The Academy suggests a baseline exam at 40, then every 2 to 4 years until 54, every 1 to 3 years from 55 to 64, and every 1 to 2 years from 65 (AAO: how often adults need eye exams).
With diabetes, plan on a dilated exam at least once a year (NEI: diabetic retinopathy). If you notice a sudden burst of floaters, flashes or a shadow, go the same day (NEI: urgent warning signs). Our eye health guide explains more.
FAQ
VisiFlora timeline questions
How long does VisiFlora take to work?
No one knows, because no study has tested VisiFlora and the seller publishes no timeline. Small astaxanthin studies on eyestrain lasted 28 days (Review: astaxanthin and the eye), but VisiFlora's dose is unknown. Give it a fair try inside the 60-day window and judge by your own notes.
Will VisiFlora change my eyesight in 30 days?
Do not count on it. No trial shows any vision change from VisiFlora at 30 days or later. If your eyesight is changing, book an eye exam rather than waiting on a supplement. A dilated exam is the single best step for your eyes (NEI: everyday ways to keep eyes healthy).
How will I know if VisiFlora is working for me?
Only by tracking. Rate your eye comfort each evening, note screen hours and breaks, and compare week one with week five. Without notes, it is easy to remember what you hope for. Your eye doctor can check things a diary cannot.
Does missing a capsule set back my VisiFlora trial?
Not in any way that has been measured. Just take the next capsule with your usual meal. Never take two to catch up. One missed day in a 60-day trial will not change what your notes show.
Should I keep taking VisiFlora after 60 days?
That is your call, and the money-back window ends at day 60. If your notes show nothing you value, stop. If you keep going, tell your eye doctor, keep your exam schedule (AAO: how often adults need eye exams), and check how VisiFlora fits with any other vitamins you take.
Will VisiFlora ease screen eye strain over time?
It has not been tested for that. One listed ingredient, astaxanthin, eased eyestrain in small studies at 4 or 12 mg a day (Review: astaxanthin and the eye), but VisiFlora's amount is unknown. The 20-20-20 rule is free: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds (AAO: screen time and eye strain tips).
Do I still need eye exams while taking VisiFlora?
Yes. A supplement cannot find glaucoma, which usually has no early symptoms (NEI: glaucoma), or diabetic eye disease. Keep your regular dilated exams, and go right away for sudden floaters, flashes or a shadow over your vision (NEI: urgent warning signs).
